• "Services" represents spatial staging audits, architectural accessory consulting, and bespoke footwear/garment curation managed by U-Curator LLC.
• "Customer" or "You" stands for the elite client booking services.
• "U-Curator LLC" refers to the parent entity situated in Tokyo Shibuya.

2. Intellectual Property Protocols

All photos, layout designs, written research materials, system configurations, dynamic SVG code, logos, and custom color mappings are the exclusive copyright intellectual property of U-Curator LLC. You may not duplicate, capture, or reproduce any material for external business use without explicit physical signatures of our curatorial officers.

3. Service Consignment and Financial Valuations

All transactions, private quotes, and bespoke spatial audits require unique manual contracts. Initial flat estimates displayed on this site do not represent binding offers. Exact delivery dates depend on custom Japanese artisan sourcing schedules and international secure logistics.

4. Limitation of Professional Liability

All curation and interior suggestions are provided on an "as is" visual design basis. U-Curator LLC is not legally responsible for accidental material wear over long periods, or building alterations initiated without approved engineering inspection teams. Financial liability caps are constrained strictly to the contract fee paid by the client.

5. Governing Jurisdiction & Competent Courts

These terms and all adjacent digital activities are governed by the laws of Japan. Any civil, intellectual property, or commercial conflict arising between parties shall be settled in the Tokyo District Court in Japan.
